Refrigerant Management Stations
Our Refrigerant Management Stations are very special pieces of equipment. They fully extract all refrigerant, measure it, clean it & remove all oil, pressure test your air conditioning system (to check for leaks) and then refill your system with the correct amount of refrigerant, oil and an ultraviolet dye to assist should your system develop a leak.
They are serviced and calibrated annually to ensure accurate Recovery and Recharging.
Mobile RMS
We have mobile Refrigerant Management Stations which combine together to do the same job as our main workshop RMS (Refrigerant Management Stations). We also have a mobile generator should your vehicle require servicing away from mains electricity (your work car park, for example).
Vehicle Diagnostics
We have a number of tools to assist us in interrogating your car's computer systems and subsystems to pinpoint the exact problem. For more information about how these valuable tools work please see our 'How does...' section.
Leak Detection
We have a selection of tools and equipment to assist us in locating leaks in your car air conditioning system - they include ultra-violet dyes and precision audio detection systems.
Pipework Fabrication
With our extensive pipework frabrication tools we can repair, rebuild or replace your car air conditioning system pipework either on or off your car.
Refrigerant and Oils
Here is a selection of the refrigerants and oils that we use, including R12 containers for safe removal and disposal, as well as R134a.
Flushing Equipment
Our system flushing equipment is used to clean debris and contamination from air conditioning systems after major component failure (compressor disintegration, for example).
Anti-Bacterial Decontamination
Sibot Services have anti-bacterial decontamination equipment which actually targets and kills bacteria, rather than glorified "perfume spray cans" which only mask the musky smell of bacterial contamination. These "perfumes" do not kill bacteria - they only mask the odour for a short amount of time.
Commercial and Plant A/C
We also offer commercial and on-site plant air conditioning service and repair for commercial vehicles, service vehicles and plant machinery.
